Tardigrader.App（以下「当方」）は、InstantKeep（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を、次のとおり定めます。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとします。
本アプリは、Instagramの公開投稿URLから写真・動画を端末に保存するためのツールです。アカウント登録や Instagram へのログインは不要です。Meta / Instagram の公式アプリではなく、提携もありません。利用者は Instagram の利用規約 も遵守してください。
当方は、機能、保存枠、広告、本アプリの提供を、予告なく変更または終了することがあります。
本アプリは子ども向けに設計したものではありません。13歳未満の方を対象としていません。
保存した写真・動画の権利は、投稿者または権利者に帰属します。私的利用の範囲でご利用ください。再配布、商用利用、権利者の許可のない公開はできません。保存したファイルは端末内にあり、管理・削除は利用者の責任です。アプリを削除しても、保存済みのメディアは端末に残ることがあります。
次の行為は禁止します。
投稿の取得は、Instagram 側の公開情報に依存しています。仕様変更、障害、アクセス制限などにより、予告なく取得できなくなることがあります。当方は、本アプリが常に利用できること、特定の投稿を取得できることを保証しません。ただし、できる範囲でアップデートにより復旧・改善するよう努めます。
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告に関する情報の取り扱いは プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供します。利用により生じた損害について、当方は一切責任を負いません。
本規約は必要に応じて変更します。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Tardigrader.App (“we”) sets the terms for using InstantKeep (“the app”) as follows. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app is a tool for saving photos and videos from public Instagram post URLs to your device. No account or Instagram login is required. It is not an official Meta / Instagram app, and we are not affiliated with them. You must also follow Instagram’s Terms of Use.
We may change or discontinue features, download limits, ads, or the app itself, without notice.
The app is not designed for children and is not directed at children under 13.
Rights in saved photos and videos belong to the original posters or rights holders. Please use them within personal use. Redistribution, commercial use, and publication without the rights holder’s permission are not allowed. Saved files stay on your device; you are responsible for managing and deleting them. Uninstalling the app may leave saved media on the device.
You may not:
Fetching posts depends on information Instagram makes publicly available. Changes, outages, or access limits may stop fetching without notice. We do not warrant that the app will always work, or that any particular post can be fetched. We will, however, try to restore or improve it through updates where reasonably possible.
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how ad-related information is handled.
The app is provided as is. We accept no liability for any damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms as needed. The updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
